The HCRS National Core opens September 7.

After enrollment, you’ll be taken to a short form to assign your five seats. You do not need to enter all five learners during checkout.

Your 7-day refund period begins when the HCRS National Core opens for your learners.

For the Founding Cohort, the National Core opens September 7, so refund requests may be submitted through September 13, provided no assigned learner has progressed beyond Module 2 of the HCRS National Core.

Once any assigned learner has accessed or begun Module 3, the agency enrollment is no longer eligible for refund.

If a refund is approved, access to the HCRS program and all related certification benefits will be terminated.
